At XY.Z, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We’ve got you covered if something goes wrong.
If your item arrives:

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
To request a replacement/refund:

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Sizing Issues
Because all items are printed on demand:

We cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues

If you're unsure, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible
Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier
Refund Processing
