Return & Exchange Policy

At XY.Z, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor variations in color or print placement

Please double-check sizing charts and order details before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’ve got you covered if something goes wrong.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To request a replacement/refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.


Sizing Issues

Because all items are printed on demand:

  • We cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues

  • We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering

If you're unsure, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible


Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
